Congrats on the book. Can't wait to see it. That bike is too cute!

Krist Van Os

I just knew it had to be a sewing kit - I didn't know it had all that on it. No, I've never see one before. Congratulations on your book. Can't wait to see the pictures.

Carrie P.

Well, that little bike is just fascinating.

Nancy Page

What a clever bicycle!!! Just special for your sewing exercise. Happy Pedaling! I should say Happy Stitiching! Congratulations on the book. Can't wait to see it.

I can't believe I was on the right track....usually so way out there!! What a cool little find...Congrats on your book and best wishes!!

What a lovely bike!
It's a really little treasure.

amy (sew~amy)

love the bike. It is so cool. who would have thought???

I just wanted to let you know I've just finished my arm chair caddy from your pattern. Thank you so much..I just love the way it turned out. Your instructions were so easy to follow and the assembly was very clever with the linings for the pockets. I'm sure I will get years and years of use from it...perfect for me as we have a leather sofa which I can't poke pins into :o) I've posted about it on my blog if you would like to see.

Congratulations on the book, Helen.

I am fascinated with the bicycle/sewing kit - I have a bike nut here with whom I compete for space for our various collections. This piece would be the perfect solution!!

Oh that is soooo clever!!! Who'd have thought it??? Not me!!
Congratulations on the book Helen, can't wait to see it.
Joy :o)

Congratulations on finally finishing the book, can't wait to see it!

Oh my goodness!! That bicycle is amazing! I wonder too how someone thought up such a thing! And congratulations on the book too! :0)

Colourque (R) is a techique I developed and use on many of my projects. It is nothing scientific, anyone can do it, it is meant to be fun and easy to do... it is simply using coloured pencils on fabric to get an applique effect. 'Faux Applique' a comprehensive technique book on the method is due for release late November. Watch this space!
