This is so awesome. I hope you'll leave this series up for a bit. I'm just finding it and would love to try and catch up. Thank you so much for taking the time to teach these. Your examples are so clear and just the thing for beginners or advanced.

Hello Helen! Congratulations for this amazing project. I found it not long ago and have been following it since. I have just saved the desings and plan to give it a try sometime this coming summer (soon is spring down here in the southern hemisphere). Thank you so much! Greetings from Argentina!

Helen, this was an incredible and imaginative project! Thanks so much. I haven't been able to keep up with you, but sooner or later, it'll be a finish!

I would absolutely love to make this! I am new to your blog and so I am wondering if you have listed all the posts somewhere?
It looks so lovely, a true family heirloom!

Colourque (R) is a techique I developed and use on many of my projects. It is nothing scientific, anyone can do it, it is meant to be fun and easy to do... it is simply using coloured pencils on fabric to get an applique effect. 'Faux Applique' a comprehensive technique book on the method is due for release late November. Watch this space!
