my granddaughter(6 year old) visited me last weekend und I've showed her your beautiful pattern . The first was ...WOW ...and then ...Grandma please make it for me , I would like to have it .
So I will do and I hope someone has the pattern in a Germany shop ,where I can buy it .
Of course I'm hopefully to win it ;)) !!

This is charming, and I would be delighted to win it . . . or purchase it, as the case may require! My son always loved this poem. It would be 100 degrees in the shade, and bedtime would find me reciting it for him. I made my granddaughter a quilt using a fabric book, and she puts it on her bed each Christmas Eve.

    Colourque (R) is a techique I developed and use on many of my projects. It is nothing scientific, anyone can do it, it is meant to be fun and easy to do... it is simply using coloured pencils on fabric to get an applique effect. 'Faux Applique' a comprehensive technique book on the method is due for release late November. Watch this space!
