Hi Helen,
I loved the idea of this and went to the Europe website, but it seems I have to order some of the kits from the Netherlands, France and Germany. Is there anyway of ordering all the kits from the UK participants as, unlike the US and Australia, Europe isn't a country and inter-country postage is really expensive!

Angie

Helen, I agree that this year's Quilt Aid is the best. I love every block and the fabric and have already ordered all but 2 blocks and actually received my first 2 blocks yesterday. Thanks for going global and making it easier to get my blocks in the USA. I have participated in each of the previous Quilt Aid projects but am getting the complete quilt this year. Thanks again, Angie

Dear Helen, I have this website called worldaidunited.com (I'll give you a moment to check it out). It is a free forum for all private initiatives (ALL of them). You can publish your project, make blogs and publish news whenever you like. We get a lot of visitors. Would you like to place your project there? I'm also willing to put it up there, since it is a really great thing to do. Just let me know if you want to do it yourself or want me to do it!

Colourque

Colourque (R) is a techique I developed and use on many of my projects. It is nothing scientific, anyone can do it, it is meant to be fun and easy to do... it is simply using coloured pencils on fabric to get an applique effect. 'Faux Applique' a comprehensive technique book on the method is due for release late November. Watch this space!
