My Mom and I were looking at a template pattern today to make dresden plates. I like the one with the open center, it lends itself for everything from embroidery to even a signature quilt.

    Colourque (R) is a techique I developed and use on many of my projects. It is nothing scientific, anyone can do it, it is meant to be fun and easy to do... it is simply using coloured pencils on fabric to get an applique effect. 'Faux Applique' a comprehensive technique book on the method is due for release late November. Watch this space!
