I have done that before, but not for a long time. Great idea!
I also am so happy with your instruction ( at market) to use a small hoop making it easier to stitch.
What is the name of the product we ironed onto the back of our stitchery before stitching?

Colourque (R) is a techique I developed and use on many of my projects. It is nothing scientific, anyone can do it, it is meant to be fun and easy to do... it is simply using coloured pencils on fabric to get an applique effect. 'Faux Applique' a comprehensive technique book on the method is due for release late November. Watch this space!
